Jerry`s Cousin - Tom & Jerry 1951

Jerry's Cousin is a 1951 one-reel animated cartoon and is the 57th Tom and Jerry short. Made in 1950, but released in 1951 on April 7 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, it was nominated for the 1950 Academy Award for Best Short Cartoon.


One day at Hogan's Alley, Jerry's cousin Muscles, is showing the cats who's boss. After dispatching of his feline nemesis, Muscles retrieves his mail, which includes a letter from Jerry, begging for help in dealing with Tom.

Tom sets out to capture and eat a sleeping canary.

Just Ducky - Tom & Jerry 1951

Just Ducky is the 77th one reel animated Tom and Jerry short, created in 1951 directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.  This is the last cartoon in which Tom has a light grey strip between his eyes.
A mother duck sees all but one of her eggs hatching into little ducklings, and takes them for a swim. After the mother duck and her ducklings have left, the final egg hatches, and out comes Quacker. Rushing behind, trying to catch up, he wades into the water but finds himself unable to swim. He calls for his mother, but she is too far way to help.
